One shall not post in threads where the last

2)English only, limit other languages to well known quotes or provide a correct translation.
3)Do not include any copyrighted material in your posts.
4)Posting Rules:
Do not spam.
Do not advertise.
Do
not cross post. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and
nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.
Post in the correct forum.
Be
specific when creating your thread titles. Don't just create a thread
with the title "I NEED HELP"! Be specific about your problem like "I
need help vb crashes".

6)Harmful Material
One
shall not post or spread any harmful material on this forum. These
include RATS, keyloggers, phishers and viruses. You may also not post
any tutorials on how to create harmful material or infect someone. You
may not ask for harmful material or ask to be taught how to create or
use it.
7)Mini-Moderating
A non-moderator shall not post about
anything needing to be moderated, unless one has a reply relevant to
the thread in the same post. You shall use the report button to report
something in need of moderating.
8)No Flaming
One shall not insult or attack another member anywhere on the website.
9)Usernames
One shall not make similar names to any staff member.
